Description

The end cap for the SVETOCH INDUSTRY LED aluminum profile was developed for the self-assembly of high-power LED luminaires. Robust construction, reliable waterproofing and elegant design. The material is ABS plastic and resistant to UV radiation. You can attach your company logo to this end cap.

TECHNICAL ADVICES

The end cap is sealed with 3.5 mm square silicon sealing cords and fastened to the profile with six M4 screws.

We recommend using a pressure balancing valve. The installation is easy to carry out. Drill a 3 – 4 mm hole through the outside of the mark. Cut an M12 thread inside. Then the pressure balancing valve is turned in with sealant. The seal of the pressure balancing valve must not be squeezed.

For the cable screw, drill a 12mm diameter hole at the mark of the inside. The cable screw PG7 can then be used with a rubber seal. This is fixed from the inside with the mother. After the cable installation, this must also be sealed from the inside with sealant.

ATTENTION: The end cap must be installed in the outdoor area with the pressure compensation valve and cable gland at the lower end of the light. This prevents moisture from entering.
