Aluminium end cap SVETOCH

Description

The end cap for the LED aluminium profile SVETOCH and aluminium profile SVETOCH NEW was developed for the self-assembly of high-power LED lights. This End cap is made of Silumin (Aluminum). This makes them extremely resistant to heat, chemical and UV radiation due to the Material. You can attach your company logo to this end cap.

TECHNICAL ADVICES

The end cap is sealed with square silicone sealing cords 3.5mm and attached to the profile with eight M4 screws .

We recommend using a pressure balancing valve. The installation is easy to carry out. Drill a 3-4 mm hole from the inside through the marker and cut an M12 thread. Then the pressure balancing valve is turned in with sealant. The seal of the pressure balancing valve must not be squeezed.

For the cable screw, drill a 12mm diameter hole at the mark of the inside. The cable screw PG7 can then be used with a rubber seal. This is fixed from the inside with the mother. After the cable installation, we recommend to seal this additionally from the inside with sealant.

ATTENTION: The end cap must be installed in the outdoor area with the pressure compensation valve and cable gland at the lower end of the light. This prevents moisture from entering.
